Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Due to the high demand of our stylist, we have no choice but to require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit Cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. Please give the courtesy of 24 hours’ notice for any reservation changes and cancellations. We reserve the right to process the credit card on file 50% of scheduled services inside that 24hour window. We apply the same policy to no shows. Thank you for understanding.
